I'm a wife and mother, basically I have the magic ability to find anything that is lost, possess eyes in the back of my head and know the importance of having a pet so someone in the house is happy to see you when you have teenagers.

I'm very passionate about mental health via my own personal healing journey, going on to be a Mentor to children with complex needs and trauma backgrounds.

Using writing as a way to distract my thoughts in nightly panic attacks, I published three children’s books encouraging all ages to face their emotions and fears with tips and tricks to ease their worries, jump out of bed with excitement and face the day!
