Let me introduce myself , I'm Caris .

I'm a mum of two great kids ,blessed with a supportive husband who I drive crazy with all my dream chasing, I believe if u have a vision of the future then its worth creating.

I'm very passionate about mental health   after my own experience and healing journey, using a more holistic approach by also becoming a children's yoga instructor and continuous study to become more knowledgeable in children's mental health.
