Let me introduce myself , I'm Caris .
I'm a mum of two great kids ,blessed with a supportive husband who I drive crazy with all my dream chasing, I believe if u have a vision of the future then its worth creating.
I'm very passionate about mental health after my own experience and healing journey, using a more holistic approach by also becoming a children's yoga instructor and continuous study to become more knowledgeable in children's mental health.

Caris gave an inspirational talk to local primary school students at Harvey Library during Children's Book Week. Students were highly engaged with her stories of how to stay strong , and brave and be caring .
